How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book directly through our online booking page — choose your service, select a date, and pay your deposit or full amount to secure your spot.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have safe access to your space, you’re free to run errands, work, or relax while we handle the reset.
What’s the difference between a Reset & a Deep Cleaning?
Resets are surface cleaning, maintenance and refresh, while Deep Cleanings tackle every corner, nook and cranny for a full transformation.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring our own cleaning products and tools. The only item we require the client to supply is a working vacuum (for carpeted or rug areas). If you have specific products you’d like us to use, feel free to leave them out for us.
What area do you service?
We currently serve clients in New York City, including Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and parts of Long Island. If you’re just outside of these areas, feel free to reach out — we may still be able to accommodate.
*A small travel fee may apply for locations outside NYC.
Late Access:
If we are unable to access the space within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be cancelled.
Pets:
Please notify us in advance if pets will be present. Pets must be secured during the service for everyone’s safety.
Photo/Video:
We may take before/after photos for documentation and marketing (no identifying personal items will be shown).
